Cancellation and Refund Conditions
You can return the product you purchased within 7 days from the day you receive it from cargo, under the following conditions. In this context, you do not pay any "shipping fee" for the products you send back.
The conditions within the scope of the return are as follows;
Returns must be made with the original box / packaging and invoice.
All standard accessories must be shipped undamaged and in their original packaging.
Promotions that are gifted with the product must be sent with their original packaging. Damage to any part of the t-shirt, liquid contact etc. should not be.
You must send a petition containing the original invoice (all copies you have) and the reason for the return along with the product you want to return. If the invoice of the product you want to return is corporate, you must send it with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. The return invoice must be issued without including the shipping share (product unit price + VAT). Order returns, whose invoices are issued on behalf of the institutions, will not be completed unless the RETURN INVOICE is issued. You must send the product in its original box with your order number (For example: A21DFD34), your invoice and a brief explanation stating the reason for the return.
Right of Withdrawal
You can return the product you bought within (7) days from the date of delivery without opening its packaging, using it or allowing it to deteriorate. In order to return the product, the return form of the relevant order on the My orders screen must be filled in. After the form is filled, you will be contacted and informed about the return processes of the products. The invoice issued in your name together with the product must be sent back to us. The price of another product or product will be refunded to your credit card instead of the returned product. Transportation costs to be paid due to the return will be covered by us.
Products Damaged During Transport
You need to open and check the packages that you think are damaged during shipment in front of the cargo authority you received. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report to the cargo company. Do not forget that after the delivery of the product, you have accepted that the cargo company fully fulfills its duty.
The faulty product notification form on the "My orders" screen should be filled in for the faulty products that are not noticed during delivery and occurred in practice. After the form is filled, you will be contacted and informed about this process. If your reason for return is deemed appropriate, the faulty product will be replaced with a new one after sending the invoice with the returned product to our store. Transportation costs to be paid due to the return will be covered by us.
